OGI Groundwater Specialists, a consultant in Geotechnical and Groundwater Engineering, saw considerable growth in revenue and profit during 2022. This was achieved from many years of in-house Research and Innovation, combined with a commitment to Technical Excellence. OGI provides services that combine practical and workable solutions, delivered with detailed specifications and sequence drawings. Solutions are developed using mathematical modelling tools, chosen to suit the particular site conditions. To provide clients with a complete geotechnical and groundwater management solution, OGI provides a groundwater management service that includes application for Environment Agency/SEPA Abstraction Licences and Discharge Permits, together with the groundwater control system design, associated analysis and site presence during system commissioning. Projects in 2022 include ground stabilisation of Waste & Clean Water Treatment Works, High Pressure Gas Pipeline diversions for HS2, Prison projects for the MoJ’s New £1bn Prisons Programme, and tunnel construction for Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station.
