Entrants should demonstrate how they have improved the wellbeing of their staff. Companies must also use evidence from projects to show how the business’s technical abilities have gone beyond the expected level of service for clients and the supply chain

The Rendel Ground Engineering team has grown from six staff to 24 staff in the space of four years. Our team is young, multicultural and strives to achieve gender balance. The Rendel Ground Engineering team specialises in geotechnical and structural design for major heavy civil engineering schemes. We have a demonstrated record both in the UK and overseas, which has involved us in complex and challenging engineering design. Our core specialisation is working within the design and build sector of the civil engineering industry that requires us to fully engage and collaborate with our clients, their supply chains, and design partners to deliver design efficiency, cost savings and sustainability in construction. We value our staff and actively encourage professional qualification through the ICE where we have a 100% success rate. We are also actively involved in the wider civil engineering community through STEM, apprenticeships and women in engineering initiatives.
