BAUER Equipment UK Ltd are the U.K & Ireland subsidiary of equipment manufacturer BAUER Maschinen GmbH. BMA’s ongoing commitment to become the first name in sustainable drive train technology for deep foundation equipment has been reinforced with the UK roll out of the eBG33 electric driven drilling rig. The eBG33 is a ‘plugged’ alternative to battery driven technology, meaning that the rig can work without being compromised by lose of charge or recharge time. The eBG33 can perform high power demand drilling applications such as deep CFA, CCFA and Soil Mixing, along with the more standard Kelly drilling methods. The feasibility of the eBG33 has been proven on UK projects over the last two years with 1000 working ‘clean’ working hours.
